Deepa Murthy, has been with Mind Group™ since it’s founding in 1992. She holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources from the University of Madras and is the most senior principle consultant for Mind Search™ in India. As Head of Operations, Ms. Murthy coordinates I.T. Search worldwide and has built and managed relationships with some of the firm’s largest clients across the Group’s divisions. She has led and executed numerous assignments for Senior Executives across the information technology, manufacturing and engineering fields, in the telecommunications and finance sectors.


Tara Iyengar
Regional Manager, Hyderabad

Tara Iyengar, who has been with the Company for 10 years, started in Backend Sourcing and is currently posted as the Regional Manager of the Hyderabad region.  She manages the Mind Group businesses across technologies in Product Systems, Product Apps, Process including IS and ITES in various domains like enterprise systems, retail, BFSI, Semiconductor, and Storage.


Gorakh Tiwari
Regional Manager, Delhi

Gorakh Tiwari is a Management graduate with a rich experience of 13 years in across various industries. He has enjoyed the unique distinction of serving in different capacities ranging from Finance, Information Technology, Business Development, Consulting and recruitment. Prior to joining Mind Select™ 3 years ago, Gorakh operated his own Finance Outsourcing and Consulting firm. He has traveled extensively across the Asia Pacific Region and the United States to represent his organizations in training programs and Conferences.

Gorakh manages the three Mind Group™ businesses in the Delhi/North India regions, and leads the Search business for the Finance sector.

Carmel Gupte
Consultant, Delhi

Carmel had her formal education in Mumbai, India (Graduate in Psychology). She started her career in the Hospitality Industry, serving the Oberoi Group of Luxury Hotels in Mumbai and Egypt, in Managerial roles. On her return to Delhi, India, she went on to assist huge U.S. & North American multinational Corporations set up Liaison Offices in India (1989-2002). Later she held positions such as Project Coordinator, taking care of Corporate Communications & Corporate Social Responsibility on a Gas Pipeline Project, again for a giant U.S. multinational. At Mind Group™ Carmel has successfully built relationships with many candidates in India and acts as a direct point of contact for candidates in the financial sector within India.

Elly has been a Sales & Marketing and Public Relations Management specialist in the Hospitality and Tourism industry with over 15 years experience throughout Asia in developing sales strategies, market penetration, and promotion and advertising of premier hospitality services to Key Account partners in Hong Kong, China and ASEAN countries. Prior to her years in Hospitality, she managed the Logistics and Field Office Operations of major print and television news organizations in the Middle East. Elly's focus is now in Corporate Banking and Multinational Key Account Management.

Jonathan Gregory Climas
Senior Researcher

Jonathan comes from an education and research background with just under 10 years experience. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Jonathan worked in education for several years. He later moved to establish the research and development efforts of a Biotechnology Firm developing personal protective devices. Since joining Mind Group™ Jonathan has developed relationships with candidates throughout Asia and the Middle East. He has a BA in International Relations from DeMontfort University in addition to a Postgraduate Diploma in Education.


Tse Chung Ping

Ping has established strong relationships with many prominent bankers in Asia in his role of Researcher at Mind Group™. He was previously a Management Trainee with, a Japanese conglomerate. He graduated from a Hong Kong Liberal Arts College with international experience with a top liberal arts college in the US; he is highly versatile in his role and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Anne-Lise Gaillac

Anne-Lise is an engineering graduate from l’Institut National de Telecommunications, Paris, France.  She spent 8 years in the Banking Industry handling Capital Markets, Credit Risk and Asset Management.  She was Head of Audit for Sinopia Asset Management in Paris. Her specialties cover Risk Management (Market and Credit), Internal Audit, Telecommunication, and Retail Luxury Marketing.  She is tri-lingual, and fluent in French and English



SINGAPORE:

Chris Joslin-Kelly
Consultant

Chris has a background in education, government and building her own business.  In Asia for nearly 20 years, Chris worked with the US Consulate in Hong Kong, worked with Vietnamese refugees, as an entrepreneur in Hong Kong and Singapore, and as a lecturer at Jilin University in Changchun, China. Prior to that Chris worked for the US government in Russian translation.  Since joining Mind Group she has developed significant relationships with Clients in Singapore that reach into India.  Chris holds a BA in Language (Russian and German) from the University of Arizona, Tucson.
